Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at lenincaisa2805@gmail.com as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos or videos when available.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, when warranted. We will not charge customers additional shipping fees to correct an error for which PawMingles is responsible.

Change-of-Mind Returns

At this time, PawMingles does not generally accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by us.
